		<description>There is nothing wrong with helping the truly needy.  However, it has never been the government&#039;s place to shoulder the burden of charity.  It is the hearts of men that must rise to the occasion.  Anything else is false and immoral.</description>

		<description>Good article, and the terrible policies usually pursued under the guise of the environment cause untold death in Third-World countries due to both the impact on the pocket of the person in the First World, as well as the knock-on effects of the policy itself (such as bio fuels sending food prices up which results in less food in the Third World).

I think a successful government is one that protects fundamental rights, chiefly property - if it goes much beyond that then it begins to fail its purpose...</description>
